And with three young children and a very busy work schedule, <em data-node-id=\"25.5\">do not have<\/em> Neat and structured. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"29\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">&#8220;Coming from a rugby background, I was used to structured training blocks of 12-week strength cycles, fixed sessions and clear fitness progression. But that just doesn&#8217;t work for me anymore,&#8221; she says. &#8220;I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;m going to train once a week or four times a week. I don&#8217;t know because how I feel every day depends entirely on my sleep, work, and kids. So I moved to something more flexible instead.&#8221;<\/p>\n<section aria-labelledby=\"recirc-heading\" data-lazy-id=\"P0-19\" data-node-id=\"30\" class=\"inline-content-module\"\/>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"34\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">what does it look like? &#8220;I have lots of short workouts to choose from depending on your energy and time: upper body, lower body, full body, high intensity, running, etc., all around 30 minutes,&#8221; explains Lucy. &#8220;That means there&#8217;s no pressure. I&#8217;m just focused on doing some form of movement that fits into my daily life.&#8221; <strong data-node-id=\"34.5\"><br data-node-id=\"34.5.0\"\/><\/strong><\/p>\n<section data-node-id=\"35\" data-lazy-id=\"P0-21\">\n<h2 title=\"The workouts \" data-anchor-id=\"the-workouts\" class=\"body-h2 css-7ab1h1 emt9r7s1\"><strong data-node-id=\"35.0\">training<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<\/section>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"39\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">&#8220;These types of sessions rotate depending on how I feel. There&#8217;s nothing complicated about them, just simple, effective, and easy to get started. They work because they take less than 30 minutes, require minimal equipment, and can be scaled up or down depending on your energy,&#8221; says Lucy.<\/p>\n<section data-embed=\"body-image\" It doesn&#8217;t have to be perfect, but consistency is enough.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2 data-node-id=\"101\" class=\"body-h4 css-ijdjx3 emevuu60\"><strong data-node-id=\"101.0\">3. Stay flexible<\/strong><br data-node-id=\"101.1\"\/><\/h2>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"105\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">&#8220;Are you tired or stressed? Let&#8217;s start again tomorrow.
