Beyond digestion, my energy levels felt stable. Afternoon slumps can be really hard, but the protein and carbohydrates in kefir gave me the steady, long-lasting lift I needed to finish a busy day with focus and mental clarity. While 7 days isn’t long enough to completely overhaul your microbiome, I definitely ended the week feeling energized and energized.
